Orders and Payments

All payments must be completed in full before work on your order begins. Assignment Help PK does not begin writing, researching, or allocating writers to any order until payment has been received and confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include online bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly, WISE, Taptap and other methods confirmed by our support team at the time of ordering.
Order details — including subject, word count, deadline, and specific requirements — are confirmed at the time of payment. Any significant changes to the order requirements after payment may result in additional charges depending on the nature of the changes.
Assignment Help PK reserves the right to update its pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of your order will always be honoured for that specific order regardless of any subsequent price changes.

Deadlines and Delivery

Assignment Help PK commits to delivering every completed order to the student’s provided contact details like email address, whatsapp before the agreed deadline confirmed at the time of payment.
It is the student’s responsibility to provide an accurate and reachable email address. Assignment Help PK accepts no responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address provided by the student.
Deadlines are calculated from the moment payment is confirmed and all required order information has been received. Delays in providing complete order information may affect the delivery timeline.
In the unlikely event that Assignment Help PK is unable to meet a confirmed deadline due to circumstances within our control, we will notify the student as early as possible and work to find an appropriate resolution.
Assignment Help PK accepts no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to technical failures on the student’s end, email delivery issues, or incomplete order information.
Students are strongly advised to review their completed work immediately upon delivery and allow sufficient time to request revisions before their actual submission deadline.

Revisions Policy

Assignment Help PK offers free unlimited revisions on every order. Students may request revisions if the delivered work does not meet the original requirements submitted at the time of placing the order.
Revision requests must be submitted within 10 days of the original delivery date. Revision requests received after this period may not be eligible under our free revision policy.
Revision requests must clearly specify what changes are required and how the delivered work differs from the original requirements. Vague or unclear revision requests may result in delays.
Revisions are provided free of charge when the requested changes fall within the scope of the original order requirements. Requests that represent a significant change to the original brief — including new topics, substantially increased word counts, or entirely different subject areas — may be treated as a new order.
The revision policy does not apply to orders where the student has already submitted the work to their institution before requesting revisions.

Refund Policy

Assignment Help PK is committed to delivering work that meets the requirements of every order. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, please contact our support team and allow us the opportunity to resolve your concern through our revision policy before requesting a refund.
Refund requests are considered on a case by case basis and may be granted in the following circumstances — the order was not delivered before the confirmed deadline due to circumstances within our control, or the delivered work significantly fails to meet the original stated requirements after all reasonable revision attempts have been made.
Refund requests will not be considered in the following circumstances — the student provided incomplete or inaccurate order requirements, the student has already submitted the work to their institution, the student simply changed their mind after the work was completed and delivered, or the student is requesting a refund based on their institution’s response to the work rather than its quality.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 10 days of the original delivery date.
Assignment Help PK reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests based on a fair review of the circumstances and the evidence available.
